I had been using mtnl broadband, since they also have good plans that can match the jio broadband, and that is why they are launching some new cheap plans with more data limit and unlimited plans with better speeds, and I had to surrender my number because I was leaving that place, and in my new place I could find any mtnl port, as they suggested, but my issue was with them only that, that they should improve their services, if their line is broken they are not able to resolve or correct this problem in limited time they always takes more than a week and if you call to the customer care, they are like cable is broken and it will take time, and this is why it sometimes very depressing when you are paying full money and not getting the desired services, as a government owned firm they should be more professional with their work, because nowadays there is huge competition in this market and keeping your customers stick to your product is very hard.
