MTNL is a worst broadband in India which gives a non-reliable customer service in India. I was also buy a connection of MTNL broadband for my home and I buy the 10 Mbps plan in which they gives unlimited data. But when I use this network for a week and do a speed test then the speed test shows the slow speed of the broadband and after that I complaint to the MTNL customer care and they register my complaint and they ask to take some time to resolve the problem. After that time the speed is still slow and not run properly. Again I complaint and again the speed is remains slow. After that I request them to remove my broadband connection forever.
So, this my truly bad experience with MTNL broadband company. So I humble request you to don't buy the MTNL broadband connection in future because the speed of the broadband is slow on every plan.
Their connection reliability is not good and trusted for the future. Their customer service and support is not so good and fast.
