MPL Ford Charges too much for service costs and parts. No part is less than Rs 5000. For water wash separate charge for Rs490. In addition if you tell the problem they will look only that particular one and not checked any other. Recently I have given for full service after a month some wire from engine bonnet is hanging down. When I asked them their reply is we will look what you told only and not other areas. Also MPL Body shop charges so much, they are not even aware to put back the logos etc., after fixing a part and they claim that they have very good inspector to check before deliver to customer. Over all if you wanted to spend lot of money after you buy ford then only I suggest to buy ford. It is sad that as I love Ford cars but due to service costs and service I decided to sell my car and go for Maruti. I suggest please don't buy Ford car unless you don't care value for money and ok to bear the bad service all the time.
For painting small scratch, charging Rs 5000. DO NOT BUY FORD, DO NOT GO FOR MPL FORD FOR SERVICE.
