Hi, I left my ford ikon car for service last Friday, they said me, few parts has to be changed and I waited for 4 days for the quotation(64000 thousand). to my budget I couldn't offer it. so I requested to replace the basic parts that makes major problem and the budget came around 27000.
They said me that product has to be ordered and it will take 1 day receive them and replace the parts, and the next day you can deliver the vehicle. but still now I couldn't find my vehicle status. while checking in the vehicle one of the associate gave a adviser phone number, which of no use.
When I called, the line is switched off and there was no response.and when I call the land line number each and every time a lady picks and asks the same question and replied that we will ask the adviser to call you. but literally I called nearly 40-50 times to the mobile number where I couldn't find any response and if luckily he picks up he says parts yet to be received.
Is this a way how they treat the customer? and not even a single time I got a call from the adviser or the service center. one day I directly went and shouted at the adviser that your way of response is very bad and asked to make ready my vehicle, but he was casually shaking his head saying yes I understood. if they cannot process the request they should have informed the customer stating the status and asks his suggestion.
But they are like an a* h* saying useless reasons.my advice is do not go to ford show room in pallikaranai.better you can see a local mechanic who is very good or some other branch.
