For the past 4 days, my car(Ford Figo) refused to start on the first click. Every time I used the key, I heard a “tuck” sound in the engine, while the radio and light would glow. After 10 tries, it would start and keep running for the entire day without any problem. Every time, I parked the car for more than 3 hours, I had this problem. I took the vehicle to the nearest service centre(MPL Ford - Alwarpet). Without doing a complete check, they just changed the battery as it was seasonal sale time.The next day I had the same problem and then I understood that the problem was not with the battery but the problem was with the starter motor.
After all these, I reached the customer care of ford and they did a fantabulous job of fixing the issue and handing over the vehicle in the best possible way. We were directed to the Vadapalani centre and Mr.Saravanan handled the case so genuinely and effeciently.
