Friends, It was a friend of mine, who when told I love reading comics, introduced me to Mad Magazine. I wasn’t keen at first, considering the fact that it is printed in Black-n-white. But then once I opened it, I havent missed a chance at reading a MAD comic, given the opportunity. From the first page, where there is ususally a quote from ALfred Neuman to the last page, this mag is crammed with whacky articles. I am not too much of a fan of the Satire on movies and TV shows, cause we dont get too many of those here. But those movies that I have seen ,I do read their satire. It is cool. My favorites are those tons of Don Martin Cartoons..Boy! That man was a genius. Absolutely crazy toons, that’d really crack you up. Then the others are the Lighter side of.. by Dave Berg. Sergio Aragones with his innumerable small toons peppered on all the pages usually, and his mad Fold ins. Those are works of genius. And who can forget the Joke-and-dagger department - The famous Spy Vs Spy. Each escapade is different. And then there are various other articles like song parody’s,smarl answers to stupid questions etc. This is the mother of all humor magazines. I am a fan of this magazine..and will be for eons I guess. enjoy, u cant get nuttier than this.
