luminous inverters people are big cheats , liers . . there is no service . no body cares fou you . no personal values . better switch on to some local co. to get  services.  by using 4 lamps of 11 watt and 3 fans , it runs for .1or 2 hours only . now it is totally gone out . there is no response from service people .they keep on telling we will do something but no body cares. particularly in gurgaon , i dont know about other places.  even on phone nobody lets u talk to any senior person of the company.i tried lot of times talking to helpline no 45500700, they gave me another no  25558913------30 . i repeatedly requested to many executivea . but all in vein. in gurgaon mr. narender 9910282327 most irresponsible person . may be incharge or whatsoever but would never listen to you . no person is there in luminous to help you out
