I have been using a Luminous Inverter and have very poor experience of their service. When I had a breakdown, I complained to the dealer from whom I had bought it. He sent an engineer. On checking he found the battery faulty and said it would be replaced since it was under warranty,  but that we would have to log a call with the company directly. We did that and got a call number. However, they reponded to the call more than 2 days after the call was logged. They confirmed that the battery would have to be replaced and promised to do it in 2 days. After that, no action. When we reminded them they sent a technician again and said, yes we need to  change the battery, the last technicizan had not filed the report properly. All this has been going on for more than a week, but we have still not got a replacement.

I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy a Luminous product.
