dear friends, i am not agree with you bcz i am using and in my knowledge three more person uses and they really very frested with this bookin looking is so good but in working and servicing so poor. dealer said send to distributor and distributor send give to dealer .company service eng not come in market market person live in delhi .i am belong from devghar.Now i think i want to change the product bcz if its not work after going power than its waste.
Now i n market i m seeing that in most of the area luminous are going to backup due to this type company monopoly.today company want only sell the product but not support.
So hope my massage flesh to every one.
company prices are also high sell inthis area bcz after coming i was visit in patna due to some work after finish visit  market dealer whom are dealing sukam,truepower,genus (telecon-Patna),i know that price was only  4800.
