Luminous Inverter and UPS. Review on Luminous Inverter and UPS

There was problem of electricity in my area.There was always power cut of electricity in my area.I was facing problem in business due to eat and if the power cut of electricity is in night then it was difficult us to eat sleep.Hence I decide to buy Inverter.After asking for some dealer of Inverter.I purchased Luminous Inverter.I used it with exide battery.I was very happy that I will not get power cut problem now.But from first day I start facing problem of charging using this Luminous Inverter.I had charged battery for ten hours and when There was power cut The battery gives me back up of only two hours I had used only two fans and one tubelight.I had called dealer and noticed him problem.I said that my battery is new and it would not have charged fully.Charge it continuously for fifteen hour.I was agree with him I charged it continuously fifteen hours I did not used it between fifteen hours.But the problem is not solved.Then I use other inverter with same battery.Now I get good back up that means there is problem in inverter.Luminous only famous company but there Inverter and UPS are not good.They did not give good There is waste of money by using these products.
