My friend's purchased luminous invertor on 22 aug 14 and on 10 aug 16 problem occured that inverter is not charging same my friend complained immediately to customer care since that more than 48 hours haas passed but not a single call has been received from service centre.its very pathetic condition that dealing such an important services how these peoples turned into deaf.It is the worst experience in my life that my friend have came across such a useless customer support service.my friend made several calls to customer care but not getting any response.
