I have purchased luminous invertor last year.Till  know I have complaint 8-9 in customer care but all the time they send a mechanic to see. Mechanic are not fully trained they always try to fool the customer.


I am facing same problem that after electricity cut off invertor just run 1 single LED for 15 minutes. I have same problem yet and they they to carry that battery as to change the battery but after they give us same battery and say that there is a GRAVITY problem in it.
