I have sent tickets and boarding passes THREE months ago for credit of miles (which they do not do). Follow up with their India staff, and you get the response that "Its still in processing". If they treat senators this way, wonder what they do to economy class passengers.


They are lazy and inefficient and have NO customer focus at all.
