Travelled many times in this Airlines, first time was 1998 , if I compare today it is no where near to the quality provided that time. Attitude is 'Be happy that I have accepted you as passenger".
You will see this more on the India Fra route. Flight attendants may not come at all after ringing bell many times. Imagine a 747-400 is running in Bangalore-FRA route without any in seat entertainment system. Food is routine , in last one year always I found the same menu. First one wrapped tortilla and before landing to Frankfurt omelet.
In my last two trips to Portugal, FRA-OPO sector was always cancelled.
