The main postive of lufthansa is they are very panctual but very bad web portal.Never their miles and more program works.The moment you book the flight you have travelled,you will get a message telling us to send the boarding cards to germany and not local office.Hope they didnt know that world is spread accross.The portal is so messy and online check is just name sake.You have to cry and error message though you are in english site you will get it in italian.
I dont know when other airlines are moving fast on technology why not lufthansa.Other airlines even domestic airlines in india are far better portals than lufthansa.Inflight entertainment is far behind than anyother airline thats another feedback.Its available in US and Many sectors for economy class and not in indian sector.Choices are very limited in US sector as well.There is no multilingual movies like in emirates.
