Flew Business Class for work from home (Bangkok) to Tel Aviv via Frankfurt on 04 Dec 06 because neither Thai or Singapore Airlines fly into Israel.  Business Class seats are probably best described as ’adequate’.  Flight stewardesses are aging but on this flight, very courteous.  It was nice to have good, efficient and humorous service! The food was again, ’adequate’ and nothiong to write home about.  However, more helpings were on offer should one have been hungry.  All in all, the service can only be described as ’adequate’ and efficient... It’s just those damned seats!  Business class and not to comfy for a night’s sleep! 

Frankfurt Airport - choked on other folks’ smoke (secondary smoking) billowing from the designated ’smokers’ areas.  The Business Lounge was reasonable and offered plenty of WiFi and hard wired connection ports for laptops.  Service was adequate and seemed to lack warmth which brought back memories of flying with Lufthansa many moons ago and why I know choose Thai when available...
