I had misfortune of flying with lufthansa while visiting UK and here is my opinion of the same

1) Punctuality - mixed reaction....on the way back flight at heathrow was late by 2 hours - causing me to miss the flight from Frankfurt to Mumbai - was hauled on to Air India flight later but the experience was a nightmare - the crew on board LFR - FRA did not know how to address my concerns of missing the connecting flight...picture was much more clear when I met the ground staff

2) Baggage Handling - good


3) Hospitality - Lousy - they need to wear a smile , hostesses need to be courteous - and I sincerely feel that they are hostile to Non white people...the ground staff , the airhostesses everyone


4) Food - very unpalatable - the sandwiches served on LHR - frankfurt sector were very bad...The food on BOM-FRA was not better either


5) In flight entertainment - whats that???

since then I have made instructions to my travel agent not to book flights any more with Luft...
