1) Academic Program needs to be revised thoroughly, There should be proper allocation of subjects to students as per the semester growth. Experimentation regarding subject allocation must be aside because it can really affect the student growth.

3) Extracurricular Activities needs to be focused more, in certain areas of sports, university should think about the coaches and other sports facility for players. With such a big strength of students in this university it's time to build player for national level.
4) Alumni network is best .
5) Teaching should be provide in more convenient way, some of the faculties are foreigners which somehow affect the language problem in understanding facts about studies, few faculty members are not capable to teaching properly.
Leaning something and gaining grades and then teaching to students or serving as a teacher are much different things.
