I have bought a cott and bed side tables few months back from Looking good koramangla.
But after 1 month only I found termite on the side tables. I called these people to replace the tables for whihc they initially said that they will send their person to treat the termite and after on insisting they agreed to replace and for that they took 3 week to pick the tables After that inspite of telling them several time to replace the table they just fixed the termite problem and delivered the same old tables which I did not accept and then they told they will deliver the new tables in 10 days and after that there was no update from them.
Upon follow up issue has been rectified and I am happy with the problem resolution.:)
