One month ago I bought a cot and a mattress from the Looking Good Furniture BTM layout.

We wanted  the cot to be durable so they told us that cot, overall, is very strong and only one part which can be improved is its ply. They said that for our cot they will use 19mm ply which will be very strong. We paid some amount and booked the cot and mattress. The delivery time was 10 days and I think exactly on 10th day Mr.Vishal called me to check the cot and pay the remaining amount. I went there and checked the cot, there was a little scratch for which the he told that he will send a painter along with the cot so that if the cot is scratched while shifting, the painter will fix that . I was very happy with his response that they take care of all these things.

Next day cot was delivered but there was no sign of painter. They informed us that the painter was not available that particular day so he will come the next day. Next I checked the ply's width and to my shock it was not even 15mm. On inquiry I got another shock - "Sir these commercial ply we say 19 inch but they actually are not 19inch only the branded ply are exactly 19 inch".  When I insisted that how can it be possible and why can't you mention the exact width before, he told me that he will send their factory manager along with the painter to check and provide the solution for the same. After  he failed to send any anyone, I called the owner Mr.Mahesh (2-3 times) regarding the same, he told that Mr.Vishal is on leave and once he comes backthey will inform him.

After some days Mr.Vishal sent the painter and the factory manager, when the factory manager got to know that we are not happy with the ply then he promised us to change the ply or the cot itself. And to my surprise they changed the cot !
