I purchased llyod window AC and after installation the ac was found defective, it was not working at all. Other thing the customer care number provided on Lloyd website is wrong. I have tried more than 100 times but no response.
After complaining about the product to the dealer one representative from Lloyd arrived and he told that there is no gas in the ac. There was no gas is brand new ac. Worst ac, worst service, and no one to listen your complaint. Never go for Lloyd.
