I bought Air Conditioner from Lloyd where it works moderately with heavy noise from the machine, Suddenly it stops working without cooling the room while running for long time.
When we called Customer service they billed around 5000 after following up for so many times, but within 10 days the problem has re-appeared again and this time they said that they are not going to support any more for their work and talked rudely when I asked for the explanation from them.
This is really a bad experience with the Lloyd employees and the work I received. Please think twice before going to buy Lloyd.
