Purchased a Llyod AC 1 T Split from Noida Dealer Aldaa Home Center in the peak of summer, June 2016. We had selected the dealer from many available in Noida on the basis of criteria like proximity to my home, the dealing of the dealer as compared to others and of course the offered price. Even I have recommended the dealer to some of my friends who purchased the AC from him.
The selection of Llyod 1Ton was based on the market studying of similar brands with cost. I also had an idea that going by the innovative advertisement and aggressive marketing they may be at place hungry for providing good service which is in scarcity in Indian market.
Vigorous sound in the outdoor unit compelled us stop the unit and inform dealer first as it was in operation hardly for 5 days. The dealer Aldaa Home is sweat talker. He assured to take up the matter with the company and registered a complaint. After pursuing with him he himself sent a person, who could diagnose the issue. When I went through online complaint tracking I found it to be closed by the company service wing.
Since then I am pleading with dealer, escalating the complaint( LLyod has a cool escalation matrix) and receiving calls from different persons assuring immediate service. It is like a game being played by the dealer in connivance with the Llyod persons and the looser is the customer.
I just astonish looking at the sorry state of affairs when it comes to after-sales-service by these so called big names and exploring a feasible solution.
