Recently We Bought loyed 1.5 ton window ac.after workinhlg for one month.it stopped cooling.in d middle of august we filed complaint for repairing.
After 3 days of complaint filed we r still waiting for a person to repair it.company provided a contact no of d person who ws supposed to repair it.after calling him 8-9 times.now he switched of his phone.
What kind of courtesy is dis by a so called reputed brand.plz guys invest in hitachi or samsung.dnt waste ur money as we did.total waste of money if u buys any product of loyed. I think this is very low quality of air conditioner
