Hi everybody, today I am sharing you my experience & some facts about best method to stay healthy by using green tea. I am using this green tea since 2015. green tea has no fat, no sugar, no carbohydrates, its perfect for controlling metabolism of human body. I started drinking green tea with lemon flavor but I prefer mint flavor nowadays. over the all green teas I prefer only Lipton green tea cause its product quality is the best .let me tell you some awesome factors about this green tea. green tea is extremely healthy, it is antioxidant . by drinking green tea you can save you life from cancer . green tea is also help to improve digestive system, if anyone who is suffering from various stomach disease should must try this tea once. green tea is also helpful for weight loss, green tea is use to detoxify the entire blood and removes blockages in the nerves which are responsible for heart attack. if you are a cigarette smoker you should probably drink this green tea regularly, to will slowly stop your habit, and your body will not permit you to do smoking anymore . you will lose your interest in smoking by drinking this green tea.green tea is mainly very much effective when when you drink it early in the morning with an empty stomach and before sleeping. some people doesn't like green tea taste I suggest those people to add certain amount of lemon and honey in the green tea you will definitely like it, there are two type of packaging of the lipton green tea, one is with tea bags and another one is with open green tea leaves which is more in proportion than the tea bag packaging.it has one disadvantage that regular use of green tea makes our body vitamin B12 deficiency which may cause tingling sensation or hallucination to avoid that one must eat or drink dairy products or if possible non-veg, thank you.
