I am a regular customer of Limelite and keep visiting the Vittal Mallya Road Salon, I have had great services provided to me until January 14th 2011. I reached the salon at 6:50pm.
The reason I remember was because they were no parking and I called the salon to help me park my car. Say after 10 mins or 5mins I was attended, I wanted a back massage and head massage.
First, the associate named xxx, did the back massage and then she continued after a 2min break by a head massage. During the head massage, I heard a song and assumed where it was coming from. Then the music played again and again and then I realized that it was the ringtone on her mobile.
She excused herself, takes the call standing behind me. I should be thankful she didn't walk out and leave me. Anyways, I was zapped! I have never had an experience like this ever. I guess people like us would want a quiet, soothing massage.
It seemed like the associate (xxx) cared a damn about her customer. Well, either she is not trained or does not understand or value her customers. Then to top it, both my back and my head massage were done at sharp 7:33pm by my watch.
The cherry to the entire experience was I was charged Rs.400/- for head massage and Rs.900/- for back massage. I have never had such bad experience and even paid quiet a bomb for it.
I t was indeed an unforgettable experience. They don't have a website of their own. I don’t know if I ever want to visit the salon again. I wish someone would come to my rescue and explain the same to me.
