This is one such book that leaves me confused & dissatisfied with ending. It is a story about a married woman, who has a great career and a wonderful husband and daughter. However, her life turns topsy turvy when she is diagnosed of cancer. Here too Danielle Steel manages to weave her magic of romance, even in such a heart breaking situation.
The way she builds the story from happy, to a sad to a strong moments, that it can get you so engrossed that you genuinely start feeling for the main character Alexandra Parker. After such a rush of emotions through out the book, you are suddenly brought to an end that leaves you feeling dissatisfied. A dissatisfaction, over the decision of the authors choice to end the story. However, on rethinking about the whole story in general, the end may definitely not appeal to the bachelors and instead make more sense to the married people.
This book is all about love and forgiveness. In this book, Daniel Steel explores a woman's emotions, from anger to love to forgiveness. And as always, Danielle Steel ends the book on a happy note.
