Horrible place. Review on Lester Infoservices Pvt Ltd

Lester is a pathetic company to work with. They expect employees to work like donkeys with mere pay. For the last 5 years the salary increment they give is just 2%. People working there are forced to work like a labourer. They are best in giving false promises. They change the stand and their words at the time when it is required to perform. The systems provided are p3 without any centralized AC. Public Urinals is far better than the canteen. Never join thinking you can make a career in here they never promote employees unless there is some vested interest. The management is pathetic right from HR personnel to Operations. After much pressurization they had bought some indoor games though which is not maintained. During rainy season company ground floor is immersed under water. You have to cross through a makeover bridge of benched to get in to the office.
