If you are planning to join Lester make sure you don't fall ill. There are many idiots who will spread rumours about you in such a way that they would force management to kick you out. Senior Management are bunch of baboons who only knows how to get on employees if they do mistakes but never appreciate for their efforts.
Overall, I would say if are planning to make a career out of your life then this is not at all a good place.
