I bought a lenovo ideapad A3000 on April 7th 2014 with a purpose to use the tab for my references during travel. It worked fine till September.
It stopped functioning from September 15th 2014. I went to lenovo service centre, they said that warranty is over in july 2014. but flipkart has not sent me the invoice. when I demanded the invoice, they sent but it does not have the serial number of the tab.
I have lodged complaint with flipkart.com, but they buy the time and make false promises that they will resolve the issues within 25th sept, then 27th sept, and now they say that they will resolve the issue by 1.30pm on 29.09.2014.
They would promise but nobody calls for the solution.My understanding is that flipkart.com has sold me the second hand TAB, That is why warranty has expired. and they are not ready to show serial number of tab in invoice.
Now I have decided to approach consumer forum, Mangalore to redress my problem.
