They replaced a pair of apple earpieces that cost Rs. 500, twice after I faced problems with the . Thank you Landmark :). A few days later, I had purchased a book titled 'The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari' published by Jaico. The binding was disintegrating.
I took the book to Landmark, Nungambakkam for replacement and they replaced it instantly. The replaced copy was also faulty, and I took it back again. They were kind enough to replace it a second time, just like they did with the earphones. This was very good customer service. I'm a happy landmark customer now :)
