I bought a Barney DVD for my 2 year old at the Landmark store in Skywalk mall. It plays for a while & then the video gets stuck. One can watch only about 20 mins of the DVD. When I complained at the store they refused to acknowledge the same & also took no responsibility for the bad quality of the DVD.


Did not expect such bad service from a store like Landmark.
