I am a regular but I have noticed the customer service is dropping. New people who do not know what is the name of various stationary items or where they are kept is not acceptable. worse still, they just say' not in stock' without even making an effort to look.
Here they have a customer ready to spend and buy from them and they dont want to put an effort. Landmark made a difference when all flipkart and stuff like that did not exist. Books that can be touched and read cannot be replaced by online shopping just like a reader cannot replace a book. but I sincerely hope they made a better effort in training else the people will pull the brand down.
