I visited the Lakme Salon at Hiranandani Meadows today & had the most pathetic experience in customer service & also in the salon service. The franchisee Merlyn Dwivedi had the audacity to tell me, her customer that if you have a problem with our service & complain every time (i.e. this is my 4th complaint) then you please stop coming to our salon.
Wow!!!! Can Lakme afford to have this kind of customer service attitude in today's time of competition..... I guess not..... I will anyways, never ever enter a Lakme Salon all my life.... It's high time the Company overtook the franchisee from this woman.
