I visited Lakme salon, Kharghar and the staff cajoled me into taking HOUSE-WIFE PAMPER package. Since I was short of time on tht day I just availed facial which was most urgent. But two days later am seeing tht black-heads are here to stay and I have developed a bit of rashes. Also after telling the staff about my left frozen shoulder, she did massage on it and I was left with pain!
Manager tells me she will do another facial for me. I do not want abuse my face!
Neither will I get the re-imbursement of the rest of the unsed service. What an irony coming from NO.1 FMCG Company.
