Lakme kharghar is pathetic. The worst service provider it is. They are running some different offers there where they giv u some cashback and complimentary service with it.
1st of all lakme kharghar has topped thself in being the most unhygenic. And they are a big time liar.
My sister got her hair color done for which their stylish was damn confused and v were being told dat hair color is for 1900 which got changed to 2500stating that 1900 is for with amonia. V were still ok with it later her hair color was started n was done in d most pathetic way no hygene nothin was taken care of her neck face n ears n fingers were all colored.
Then while billing the complete amount was changed. V were charged somethin arnd 4500 n v were shocked. The excuse given by dem were there is no offer on ammonia free color and some1 must have misguided you. All dis was done by the manager in frnt of her boss and v had to pay the complete amount.
Then according to d statemnt I mentioned there were some diff offers goin on accordin to which they gave us 675cashback n 825 rs complimentary service. And then I went to redeem my conplimentary service so I took waxin in which the girl was not allowed to apply wax more then twice and upon that her other staff disturbed several times to quickly clear her cabinet.
After all this lakme kharghar's manager and boss apologized for everythin which by any chance didnt resolved my issues.
Later I complained dem abt the hair color which is still comin out evn after several wash and what they r concerned abt is dat v should not complain or say anythin n dey ll try to resolve our issue for which the boss committed that she ll call me back. But even after waitin for arnd 10days no call was received and evn today the hair color is getting removed.
The worst experience I have evr come across.
Not only us but they were other customers too who complained abt several issues faced by dem and all they were interested in was sayin srry and giv us 1 mre chance.
