I went for a consultation at kharghar lakme salon I was having a consultation . and other side one lady check the product . she was shouting on a operator for product selling . which was already expired .i thought that us be my mistake of hearing. and the other side a hair dresser was giving me consultation . he was suggesting me for a shampoo treatment and I don't think so I required but he was forcing me than I asked him can I see the product so he had given 2 me bottle . I check the date of expiry. I saw they are already expired so that time I was really very sock . how can they do this with us.
How can they snuggest the product which I don't required how can they sell the expire product so I told him ill come another day than I went to the reception desk . I was asking the lady about facial and she was giving me a consultation about facial . at that time an operator was taking a facial product under the reception desk and other product they have taken from some where else .and they were laughing together and they were talking it will effect it or defect it. I am sharing this experience with u all because I saw the realty of lakme which is very cheap behavior of them why they are cheating with us. why we are not paying them what they are changing to us? I can go some were else but I was thinking that brand name makes different , the quality of product will be best.
I was wrong they are just taking as a joke and thinking that we are dummy for expire product experiment its really very cheap whose lady was forcing to the operator what she think about us we cant go some other salon we cant buy product some other outlet also which will not be expired.
I will suggest you ladies, please be conformed about that they are making you full.
