I visited Lakme after a long time, I relocated from Mumbai. Compared to Mumbai, Blore is at least 3-4 times less concerned about customer services. I must say Mumbai services providers anywhere should pat themselves for the quality services they give to customers.
I stay in Whitefield, but was going to the Brookfields parlour, first look of it
-no parking facility
-all sad staff
-Towels - torn out to pieces, its the same towel which they use to dry your hair!
-Timings commitment not up to the mark
-Less space and less staff
- they dont [provide any book to ask you your feedback abt their services, just because they are 10 yrs old! pathetic.
-one staff was giving eye signals to complete a hair ironing session as her another client was waiting!huh this means that they has just 1 Ironing machin!LOLS
- Owner has a boutique just adjacent, she was brimming with [pride, blonde young girl with hair as if she has turned 40.
-overall a REAL BAD experience
Not going there again
I am not blaming the services, i am blaming the owner who has lot and lots of money, though will not upgrade the way the parlour looks . A customer enters the parlour for WHAT - Only and only SERVICES and relaxation, not to think whether the towel is torn or the chair is broken, no good music playing .a Lot to improve for them to come at PAR with Lakmes! Wake up before its too LATE.
