I still remember while taking mahindra membership, this resort was biggest attraction to me, so naturally was waiting eagerly to stay there. Tried many times to Customer Care, but didnt get any clarity about reservation.
Surprizingly in first week of spt, got an sms and wow.fulfilled my wish to stay for a night on 17th.Spt.
In short would list few Good as well as bad experience.
Good one:
Very big, spacious and beautifully located beside lake.
NIce gesture by GM for inviting on high tea on the arrival day.
Ample indoor activity, bit expensive but doesnt pinch mush bcoz you are getting facility that too 25km from lonavala. Some more activity for age group of 5-10 can be started
GYM / spa both are excellent and equipped with latest equipments, outdoor yoga classes will be hit if started. We loved Yoga classes in Manalai resort.
Location and view from main pool is amazing.
As it was not raining much and we love to walk so didnt depened on buggies, 1BR unit had two umbrellas for people like us. Yes elderly poeple may find some difficulty in walking due to big campus.
Area for Improvement:
Food, Food and Food. They have to seriously work on the TASTE and variety of food, lavish buffet cant satiate you until it is tasty. Now when you dont get for what you pay then it is not value for Money also.
Excellent campus but missing landscaping badely.
One grocery shop is must but should be located near apartments.
Approach road reminds me Kumbhalgarah resort, so this need to be repaired.
Untreated water should not allowed to flow with natural water.
Over all I had an excellent and memorable trip, due to short stay could not use ouotdoor activity and pool but expecting resort to be operational very soon so that I can stay there for more days.
