LIC has been there for a long time, and has become synonymous with insurance now. For us, insurance means LIC. My father got this, as it gives cover for whole life, with added bonus. It gives a double protection. Also, the good thing is that it gives the sum assured not in case of death, or the 100th birthday of the person, whichever comes earlier.
That means, if the person has reached his or her 100th birthday, they will give the assured amount, plus a bonus. This indeed is a “Jeevan Anand” or enjoyment for life policy. No wonder our parents and grandparents put so much faith into LIC, and so will we.
