I have taken this LIC policy, past 7 years back, the policy is very good, where the returns is available after maturity and the risk is also covered after death.
This policy have the feature to take the home loan, it cover the benefits of the Tax saving under Section 80 C. I have noticed the maximum people are approaching to take this policy. I would suggest other people to take this policy as I have seen such policy very rare, might be policy that other company might be providing the similar type of policy.
