Hi guys, I am existing customer of LIC house finance company since 2013. first of all its executive offers to provide home renovation loan in very low rate of interest, term conditions, and file charges and talk with us very politely. when I submitted their documents and complete term conditions the renovation loans 15 lakhs was sanctioned after 10 days. after 1 year my rate of interest is suddenly changed to 12% without informing me who already fixed rate. the branch manager demanding some other hidden charges. I visited LIC housing finance branch office the branch manager said that the executive who sanctioned your housing renovation loan he was transferred at mumbai branch I argument with manager he behaved with me very rudely. after this I stopped loan and its emi. contact to SBI branch then got other home loan so guys be alert such as cheat and fraud company
