I have a very bad experience with LIC Housing Finance LTD.before 3 years I have taken a home loan(10 lac) from LIC and for that every month 12000 EMI is deducted from my account . the rates and charges of LIC is very high and confusing when I join one executive told me that for your loan rate of interest is floated as per govt rule it decrease time to time automatically but from last three months apart from EMI 1200rs extra deducted from my account when I ask customer care they told me that as per govt rule now the rate of interest is changed but you did not fill the form to decrease the rate of interest that's why extra charges are deducted that is very unprofessional at least anyone should inform me either threw message, call or mail but they did not inform any thing then I fill the form and submit then after two month 1200 extra amount is deducted from my account when I ask the person from LIC told me that your form is not updated in our system that's why it will take some time to update not from next month amount is not deducted I was really very angry because in 5 months my 6000 rs extra deducted from my account without any proper reason.All the staff in LIC office is very unprofessional they did not gave me proper information and customer service is also very bad whenever I try to call them after trying so many time they pic the phone and not respond properly.
I took loan from LIC because I thought LIC is branded name and very oldest company so trust worthy also but now I realise that LIC make fool to clients because after three year when I check my account only 1 lac rs is reduced from my loan amount and when I calculate the complete amount which I have paid to LIC in three year EMI is 432000/- now I can not understand how they decrease amount from Loan amount which type of calculation the use. seriously very sad and dissatisfy with LIC HFL.
