I had applied home loan with LIC housing Finance in April 2016 . One of your executive name Naveen who worked in Noida branch .I had visited your Noida office and completed all the formalities . He had also take checque from me For Rs.1145.
And he also assured me that within a week loan will be sanctioned . later on he also asked me Rs 3000 cash for doing further processing.
I had also provided the same .where as no where it is mentioned that agent will take money from customer . This was a bribe which iseno Illegal and regarding this I m going to file the complain. I had complete recording when he asked Rs3000 from me and also the video which is enough to file Complain with Police .
Later on when call her he is not even responding to my call even a single time. This is my first experience with you but I must say it was pathetic . Now I will never be in relation with you and also I will tell every one regarding my experience with you.
You are in market only to fool the customer nothing else . I m in online portal and now I will post every where regarding all this harassment . I had wasted my time in applying loan from you. You Cheaters especially Naveen he is good for nothing fellow . Only in yoir department for taking Bribe.
Untill my checque cleared and he had taken bribe from me he was in touch with me and after that he is like who am i. I Think because of these types of agents one day your company might shut done.
If you cant help your customer then kindly close all your work.
