No doubt LIC as a brand is very trustful.
But this organisation is still stucked to age old procedures and applications.
They have the lowest ROI and housing intrest rates much more than others.
I really had a bad experience with this company.
There executives will promise you a lot of fake commitments, and will lure you to take their products.
Once you will fall in there trap, tgan the real game will start.
They will change the intrest rate at there own discretion, and will always be on higher side.
They will force you to take different policies for the home you got financed from them.
Even they can automatically deduct the premium from your loan account.
Just be informed and clarify all your doubts with the company, that too I will say as a mail communication as it will be a supporting proof.
Than only go for there products.
Have a nuce time.
