I bought this phone,only because it has an mp3 player.But i found difficult to load mp3 songs in it,though i have an SD card and Card reader.The main problem is i used some Nokia GSM phones before buying this CDMA mobile,which has user-friendly software then Lg mobiles.(Wen i changed to CDMA,i thought i’ve to use some mobile for the purpose of trying.so i opted this because it is affordable and has a great value for money)

But,with my experiance,ill sugest this phone for semi-professional users.

To load mp3 songs:
*Put the songs only on the folder "sound"
*don create ur own folders
*use smaller names for files
*use only mp3 format songs
*If the problem persists still,Format the card and then try

Regarding the video:
The greatest -ve point is the video format,which is .mjp.
This format is not recoganised by any players.For playing the files u have to use only the player provoided with pc-sync(can be downloaded from lgmobiles.com)
The format is not the motoin JPEG format(???)Its something else.I didnt found any converter to convert this format.

The phone has some good features.Though the quality of the photos displayed in the phone is not good,when u veiw it with pc it’s "ok".(vga camera)
Another main disadvantage is,in my opinion there is only a little space in the inbox(only 30).But the good thing is that we can protect our personel sms in the archive by giving a password.
It has many usefull features like unit converter,voice recoding,speaker phone,..etc.
But when u record a call,only ur partners voice ll be recorded and not yours.
The battery life is not so good when compared to Nokia phones.u better switch on the airplane mode when ’out of coverage’,or ull loss the charge soon.

And,while listening to the music please switch to ’air plane mode’.The phone cannot play the music in the background.And wen u receive some sms,the player ll be closed automaticaly.so after reading sms u have to open it again.
Positive points:

+ Extendable memory upto 512MB
+ In call memo
+ The phone is very Quick.Never hangs like high end nokia phones.Very very fast access.

Negative points:
- Delivery acks ll be received as seperate messags(It ll fill ur inbox-30)
- Mp3 player can’t work in the background
- Waste games
- .mjp format

Superb mobile for rough use.Even now its workin-i droped it down some 10-15 times and once into water.
