I purchased this LG6230 model in the hope it would deliver the same range of services of my older b&W LG RD2030. unfortunately it does not support even half of the really cool features of Mobile TV
, POP/yahoo mail etc. even the minimum feature like clear memory cache etc are not available. The purpose of a hi end phone in colour with stero sound etc is a waste. There is no warning that this phone does not support any features previously available.
Repeated calls to the help desk are futile as they do not have any solution, neither have they any way to put this problem up to any senior. The call centres advise is to write an email to customer care howerver customer care email apparently go straight to the trash in this case as ther is no response to repeated emails too.
It would be good if affected users of this callous attitude of both Reliance and LG band together and take this matter up. I would be willing to be a part of any such move.
