LG has the WORST Customer Service in India. I took 2 Split ACs and 1 window AC for my home. I had to get a split AC reinstalled in another room and it took them 1 WHOLE week and that too after 15
CALLS TO ALL OFFICES ACROSS LG AP(Higher rung)... The service centre doesnt bother about teh ONLINE complaints and the LG service INCHARGES depend on teh SERVICE centres....
This despite their 24 Hour Attend to guarantee. it is HONORED always in the BREACH.
Then my window AC went for a TOSS. It took me 2 days to get the service centre guy to my house and he just said voltage tripping and went OFF without bothering to check the whole AC. No wonder in a day again it BROKE down and again the same old story.. No RESPONSE to the online complaints. Service Centre doesnt bother to lift PHONES, infact their lines and cell numbers are PERENNIALLY BUSY... Finally after 2 more days,, the guy turns up and says AC LEAKAGE.. this despite the servicing being done just a fortnight back.. he says he will send guy to replace it early in MORNING and till now he hasnt turned up and it is 6 pm on 27th May..
The WORST thing is that they say they will come and make you sit at HOME and they dont turn up., Being summer, my family has been OUT and i have to take leave from office to SIT Up for IRRESPONSIBLE LG Technicians who do not understand the FOLLOWING:
1) Sense of Time
2) Responsibility towards Customer
3) Loyalty to their company
4) Meaning of the word "Service"
I cant blame the technicians since they are always kids and they really work hard, but it is the CARELESS attitude of MGMT that pains me.. I registered complaint on site as well to NO USE...
I asked call centre guy to give me RESPONSIBLE number for AP,. he gave a number which as you can guess is ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF, a guy by name sunil sagar....
Well one thing you can bet, NEVER AGAIN AN LG.. It is the WORST...
