Although we have been using a LG GR 312M model for over 5 years now but I am not satisfied with the cooling performance or capacity of this product and I feel that our refrigerator does not give as much space as a comparable model from Godrej or Kelvinator (I mean to say Referigerators with similar declared capacity)
Plastic parts inside the doors are not very strong and tend to break easily. There are too many protrusions in the rear wall of the main cabin which makes storage difficult. The Dealer was not very helpful when we had our first problem (Breakdown) and the LG techies took nearly 3 days to come and correct the problem.
