Lg Electronics is chaeting consumers. Their authorised dealers are selling products at a price much higher than the MRP printed on the box. Recently they have sold a TV set to the consumer at a price higher by 10 % with the guarantee that the price they are giving is the lowest. When the box was delivered at residence of the consumer it was found that the MRP printed was lower than charged.

This activity has been done so blatantly that the dealer has issued a bill of the higher price. When the customer went for the difference he was abised by the dealer. the dealer is in Mayur Vihar and the name is Divya Electronics, Mayur Vihar, Delhi. So if you happen to be of this area and plan for a purchase from them, then please do not do so. He is a cheat number one and has a nexus with the company oficials.

It seems that they also have a cut besides other cionsiderations. We are surprised to find that non of the officers and even the CEO of India is ready to take any action. The CEO at the head office In Korea is silent on the issue. It is a very prercarious situation.

So please avoid such a company for any purchases from them.
